Abstract: This research is aimed to know the improvement of Motoric Fine Ability through Activity of making three dimensional dolls at 4-5 Years Old Children at KB Mutiara Bunda Payung Village Village Rumbio Jaya District. The population in this study is children aged 4-5 years in KB Mutiara Bunda Village Payung Island Rumbio Jaya District, amounting to 15 people. This research is in the form of classroom action research with data collection technique by using observation and observation sheet. The data collecting is done by teacher as a researcher during the process of action implementation. Data can be collected with various techniques, such as observation, interviews, diaries and so on. Observation is one of the most critical data collection techniques in classroom action research. Data analysis techniques Quantitative data analysis aimed to describe data about teacher and child activities during learning process and fine motor ability data of children, then categorized in high, medium and low classification. Based on the results of research at KB Mutiara Bunda Payung Village Village Rumbio Jaya District in the know there is an increase in fine motor skills of children after making activities to create three-dimensional dolls. During the learning activities with three dimensional puppets during 2 Cycles has shown improvement of fine motor skills of children from before the action with an average of 30.27%, then after the action on the first cycle is an average of 43.14% and then after the action Cycle II that is average, 59,81%. So the increase from cycle I to cycle II increased by 38.64%, and from before the action to cycle II an increase of 95.78%
