Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Menganyam Daun Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di PAUD Gerbang Emas Desa Batang Batindih Kecamatan Rumbio Jaya Kabupaten Kampar
Abstract: This research is aimed at 1) to know the fine motor ability can be improved through leaf weaving activity for children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Gerbang Emas, 2) to know how to improve motor ability through leaf weaving activity on children 4-5 years old In PAUD Gerbang Emas, and 3) to know the amount of improvement of fine motor ability through leaf weaving activity in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Golden Gate Village Batang Batindih District Rumbio Jaya Kampar regency. The subjects in this study were children aged 4-5 years with 10 children consisting of 2 boys and 8 girls. Type of research used PTK (Classroom Action Research). Based on the results of the research showed that 1) the fine motor ability of the child can be increased through the leaf weaving activity as seen before the fine motor ability action of the child only reaches the Start Up (MB) category with an average of 41.25% while after the child's fine motor skills Increased by 80.56% with Very Good Developing category (BSB), 2) how to improve fine motor skills through leaf weaving activity by using the media of banana leaf, palm leaf, coconut or janur leaf, pandan leaves, leaf of rumbia , The areca nut is done in 2 cycles as in its cycle there are 3 meetings so there are 6 meeting of weaving activities with the leaves, as the result obtained pre cycles only reach start developing (MB), and increase after cycle I that reached to develop as expected BSH) and again increase in cycle II which reaches develop very b Aik (BSB), this is showing an increase in each cycle, 3) The amount of improvement The fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Golden Gate Batang Batindih Village District Rumbio Jaya Kampar District can be seen from testing the hypothesis that shows the pre cycle to Cycle I there is an increase of 43%. Increased fine motor from cycle I to cycle II by 36%, and overall fine motor increase from pre-cycle to cycle II by 95% with the category of Very Good Developing (BSB). This is due to the increased creativity of teachers in choosing media and leaf weaving learning activities to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years.
