Abstract, Based on observations while students of class V SDN 5 Binuang Bangkinang Kampar, researchers found problems, especially in the lower servicing ability is not good enough, the service under which do tend to be less focused on the target swath lapangar, under many skewed or out of the field. This problem is suspected because of the strength of the arm and shoulder muscles are owned students. For the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the strength and durability of the arm and shoulder muscles with lower service capabilities in a game of volleyball. This type of research is correlational with a sample of 24 students of SDN 5 Binuang, sampling using techniques total samplimg. The data in this study was obtained from the test results and test body lift servicing capabilities under volleyball. Analysis of the data in this study using product moment correlation and Liliefors test for normality. After the data is analyzed, the obtained value rhitung amounted to 0.413 In the table of values (Product Moment) (5%) of = 0404, or 0.413> 0404 this means rhitung, meaning "there is a relationship Muscle Strength Arm and Shoulder with the capability of servicing under the volleyball game fifth grade students of SDN 5 Binuang Bangkinang Kampar regency. "
