This research was conducted at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa which aims to know and analyze the influence of competence affect on employee performance in PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa, the influence of motivation affect the performance of employees at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa, the influence of discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa, the influence of competence, motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 62 people. Date collection techniques with questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 21. The results of tests that have been done show that Competence, motivation and discipline have significant influence on Employee Performance PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa. Simultaneously show that Competence, Motivation and Discipline have influence on employee performance of PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kec Kubu Babussalam proved quite good, it can be seen in the employees of PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa showed good quality work while doing the work.
