This study aims to determine the causes of deportation of migrant workers from Malaysia and how Indonesia and Malaysia to overcome the problem of the migrant workers.
The method used in this research is descriptive. This method aims to illustrate the relationship between one phenomenon with another, and then concluded. This method can certainly explain the causes of deportation of Indonesian labor migrants from Malaysia, knowing the implications of deportation of labor migrants to the two countries in Economic, Social, Political and Security and to Find methods to overcome deportation of Indonesian Workers.
The research concludes that there are some things that cause a foreigner to be deported, in addition to his unwanted existence, which is feared threatening and disturbing the stability of the unity of a country, as well as if the foreigner committed a crime or violation of the law in particular In the field of immigration. The deportation has an impact on Indonesia and Malaysia, and make both of countries find the ways to overcome this problem.
