Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years after the application of learning through the activities of using the ingredients of natural materials. The subject of this class action research is children aged 4-5 years early childhood Khansa District Rengat West Indragiri Hulu district second semester academic year 2016/2017 with the subject of research amounted to 15 people. This action research uses qualitative descriptive analysis method by collecting observation data during the learning process in class and quantitative descriptive by using statistical formula. This research was conducted with 2 cycles. The results showed that in cycle I the percentage of fine motor ability was 40.73% was in the criteria began to develop. An increase in cycle II to 66.10% with the criteria evolving as expected, it indicates that there is improvement in fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years early childhood education in cycle I and cycle II of 25.37%. So the application of the method of stamping using natural materials can improve fine motor skills in children aged 4-5 years Al Khansa District Rengat West Indragiri Hulu Regency.
