Uji Aktivitas Kualitatif Enzim Hidrolitik Isolat Aktinomisetes LBKURCC97-105 Dari Rhizosphere Tanaman Pisang (Musa sp.) Layu Busuk
ABSTRACT
The soil around banana wild desease plants contain microorganisme such as fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes. In this study, 9 actinomycetes bacteria were isolated from banana plant rhizosphere biochemistry lab collection of FMIPA UR. Nine actinomycetes will be tested for the ability to produce extracellular enzymes, namely cellulase, amylase, inulinase, lipase, and protease. The research method used is the diffusion method by measuring the clear zone using the sliding term. The results showed that nine actinomycetes isolates had activity with CMC substrate. While on the starch substrate, there are two isolates that produce activity that is Microbiospora sp. LBKURCC103 and Nocardia sp. LBKURCC104. In the inulin substrate, the actinomistes isolate having activity is Nocardia sp. LBKURCC101 and 104, Streptoverticillium sp. LBKURCC 102, and Streptomyces sp. LBKURCC105.
