Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Pada Pelayanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (KTP-El) Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kampar
The objectives of this research are to find out and analyze the Influence of service quality to citizensatisfaction at Dinas Kependudukan, Pencacatan Sipil Kabupaten Kampar. This research type is statistic/quantitative approach with purpose to hipotesis test with survey method. The sample at research is 20 front office employees with sensu method and 30 citizens with Sampling Insidental method. The method of data analysis used Simple Linier Regression by using SPSS.
The result of research shows that variable service quality influence significance tocitizen satisfaction with value of f artihmetic (5,720) > f table (2,011) and contribution of determination coefficient is 40,5% meanwhile the rest was 59,5% influenced by other variable that were not searched in this research as facilities and infrastructure, dicipline, ability and skills.
