This study aims to analyze the performance and environment. To analyze the effect of motivation on performance. To analyze the impact of socialization on the performance and police Police Satlantas Police Pekanbaru.
The research population is Personnell Police Satlantas Pekanbaru as many as 110 people. The sample size is 110 people using census. Data analysis using Path Analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate that the Placement and Work Environment of Personnel Performance Socialization. Its placement is significant to Performance through Motivation. Working Environment Significant Socialization to Personnel Performance through Motivation and Motivation Against Personnel Performance Polresta Pekanbaru.
