Tata Kelola Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2014-2017
The Principals of a good governance always be a material for the enforcement of a good governance. Base on its prinscipals, a good governance will producing a good public services as well. But in fact, there are some cases while proceeding a good governance itself. On the first research, the researcher found a few phenomena : the unoptimal of referral health service, undistributed health coverage, inadequate of facility and infrastructure along the lack quality and quantity of health personel resourch. This research intended to define A Good Governance implemented by Public Health Office to Public Healthy Centre in its teritorial by set, manage, and control public business to optimalizing ublic health service.
This research focus on the concept of implementation of a good governance within participation, legal law, tranparancy, responsive, concensus oriented, justify, effectivity and effeciency, accountability, and strategyc vision along factors that influencing the activity of a public health service. Technique of collecting data by interview, observation and document while informant got by purposive sampling. Type of research is descriptive qualitative.
The activity of a good governance of public service known as in a bad practice governance, it caused by the principium of a good governance does not running well. There are around fifthty-five(55) percents(%)of Public Health Centre(PUSKESMAS) uncategorized through acreditation.The factors that influenced practice governance are human resourch, facilities and infrastructure, and also budget of healthy services.
