Meningkatkan Kemampuan Sains Melalui Metode Eksperimen Pipa Kapiler Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Kb Mutiara Bunda Desa Kuantan Sako Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupatenkuantan Singingi
Based on field observations of the science ability of student is undeveloped, there are some children did not interested in observing objects and natural phenomena with curiosty, children are not familiar with symptoms cause and effect associated with him, the child has not been able to classify objects by function shape, color, and size, children have not been able to classify objects into the same or similar groups or groups in pairs with 2 variations, some other children have not been able to create anything according to their own ideas related to various troubleshooting. So that learning needs to be given with the right method. This study aims to determine the improvement of the science ability through capillary pipeline Experiment method of children aged 4-5 years in Playgroup Mutiara Bunda Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. This type of research uses a classroom action research cycle consisting of 2 cycles and each cycle consists of 3 meetings. Subjects used in this study were 15 children. While the data collection technique used is observation. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. Based on the results of data analysis obtained improvement of children’s science skills through the methods of Experiment capillary pipe from before cycle to cycle I with a percentage of 18,87% with the criteria not yet developed, from cycle I to cycle II obtained a percentage value of 64,73% with the criteria evolve as expected, and from before cycle to cycle II obtained a percentage value of 95,82% with criteria developed very well. The researchers set the hypothesis that the ability of science can be improved through the method of Experiment of capillary pipe in children aged 4-5 years in Playgroup Mutiara Bunda Kecamatan Logas Tanah Darat Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.
