This study aims to determine the gross motor abilities of children in integrated PAUD harfah subdistrict white land headland against rokan downstream district. The population in this study is children of PAUD Terpadu harfah which amounted to 40 children, this study sample as many as 15 children taken from class B1 age 5-6 years. The media that will be used is children's basketball game rough motor skills. Technique of data collecting of this research is observation and performance test. Technique analyze data use formula of posrate and baserate. based on the results of the study there is an increase in gross motor abilities by using the results before the cycle obtained an average of 26.66% average silus 1 41.00% and average cycle II 85.00% of the above average can be concluded that through a basketball game has a major effect on gross motor skills
