This research aims to analyze the Effect Of Liqudity, Company Growth, Firm Size, Opinion Shopping, and Previous Year Audit Opinion Of Audit Report Related Going Concern Company. The population in this research is on manufactur companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) in 2012-2016 consist of 144 companiest. The sampel in this research used purposive sampling method so sample total is 21 companiest. The sample is a manufactur companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) in 2012-2016. For analysis the hypothesis of these variable is using logistic regression. The test equipment used is a statistics program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. The data used in the form of the companies financial reports contained on the website such as: Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), shares OK and http://www.idx.co.id.
