Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt.Pasaman Marama Sejahtera
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and extrinsic motivation on performance through employee work discipline at PT. Masaman Marama Sejahtera in West Pasaman. The population in this study includes all factory unit employees of PT. Pasaman Marama Sejahtera, totaling 113 people. Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis with the help of SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (113 employees of the factory unit PT. Pasaman Marama Sejahtera Pasaman Barat). Research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and extrinsic motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Pasaman Marama Sejahtera Barat., 2) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and extrinsic motivation on employee work discipline PT. Pasaman Barat. 3) there is an indirect and significant positive effect on job satisfaction and extrinsic motivation on performance through work discipline as an intervening variable.
