Model Manajemen Pembelajaran Moralitas Dan Universalitas Berbasis Faktor Dominan Pada Smps Maitreya Di Provinsi Riau
This research focuses on learning management model of morality and universality based on dominant factors of school members at Maitreya Junior High Schools in Riau Province. The research design is a qualitative case study using purposive sampling method.
Data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis is conducted by interactive model (Miles and Huberman, 1994, 12) through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification.
The results revealed following four findings: 1) Implementation of learning management in teacher performance appraisal and principal supervision with equivalent quantitative average score of 86.48 categorized Good as refer to Permendiknas No.19 of 2007 on Education Management Unit Standards, 2) The concept of learning based on naturalist, humanist , and altruist school members has not been fully understood correctly and consistently because it is a new program, 3) The transformation of school life from behavioral changes and the measured character of the quality of school culture reaches 39% of total culturally appropriate qualities, 4) Actualization of the concept of naturalist, humanist, and altruist with emphasis on vegetarian and the joyful exercise of INLA goes to schools, by awakening a positive attitude, non-violence, happiness, joyful and loving behavior of the members. From these findings lead to the formation of a new academic atmosphere that prioritizes the universal morality values of the Universal Family as the impact/outcome of the Maitreya Junior High Schools.
