The application of Qanun Number 11 of 2002 concerning Aqidah, Worship and Syi'ar Islam in West Aceh Regency aims to maintain faith, increase understanding and practice of worship and enliven and enliven activities to create an atmosphere and Islamic environment, expected to be carried out in a Kaffah manner. This research was conducted in West Aceh District. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2002 and what obstacles were faced in the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2002 in West Aceh District. The benefits of this study are expected to be used as a basis for future researchers of the same kind. In this study using a descriptive qualitative research method where the source of data comes from Primary data and Secondary data. The results of the study of the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2002 concerning Aqeedah, Worship and Syi'ar Islam in West Aceh Regency in 2013-2016 have not been implemented according to the Qanun Number 11 of 2002. This is indicated by the many violations committed by the community and parties related even the violations were repeated. In the implementation of Qanun Number 11 of 2002 it is expected that the sanctions and penalties for violators violating the Qanun can be reviewed.
