Studi Fenetik Kantong Semar (Nepenthes spp.) Di Suaka Margasatwa Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling, Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
Bukit Rimbang Bukit Baling Wildlife Reserve (BRBB WR) is one of the conservation area in Riau Province. This area disturbed by human activity such as, illegal logging, alteration of forest into cultivation area and uncontrolled burning/wildfires. Therefore, the floras in this area, including Nepenthes habitat and their existance and are disturbed. The aim of this research was to characterize the morfology of Nepenthes in BRBB WR. All of the samples had been collected from the field using exploration method and were then prepared for herbarium. The morphological characteres were characterized, scored and analized using NTSys-Pc 2.02i. Similarity matrix was generated from 53 characters to construct the dendrogram. A total of 3 species of Nepenthes had been identified in this research. Nepenthes gracilis (6 morphological variation), Nepenthes ampullaria (2 morphological variation) and Nepenthes longifolia. The similarity coefficient ranged from 0,05 to 0,91. The lowest coefficient was found in Nepenthes gracilis 1 with Nepenthes ampullaria 2. The highest similarity coefficient was found in Nepenthes gracilis 2 with Nepenthes gracilis 6 and Nepenthes gracilis 4 with Nepenthes gracilis 6.
