Identifikasi Bakteri Asam Laktat (Bal) Dari Teknologi Bioflok Dengan Sumber Karbon Tapioka Pada Media Budidaya Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Sp.)
Biofloc technology is a technology that can change cultivation waste become fish feed ingredients with the help of beneficial bacteria, which requires carbon sources to stimulate bacterial growth. The aim of the study was to determine the types of lactic acid bacteria which comes from flok with tapioca carbon sources which is grown at different pH. The methods used is survey and experimental methods by growing bacteria at different pH treatments, that is pH2,4, and 6, bacterial colonies that grow identified based on morphological and biochemical characteristics. The results of identification found 13 isolates of lactic acid bacteria (BAL) which only grows at pH 4 and 6. The isolate consisted of the genus Bacillus and Streptococcus. The total bacteria in the cultivation medium was calculated by the Mc Farland scale ranging from 2x108 to 7x108 CFU / mL.
