This research was conducted in May 2018 in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this research is to calculate the needs of seeds for fish farmers in Tanah Putih Subdistrict and calculate the contribution of BBI to fish seed supply for fish farmers in Tanah Putih District. The method carried out in this study is a survey method that is research conducted to obtain facts from symptoms and seek information - actual information, both stakeholders related to the fisheries, social and economic fields of a group conducting a fishery business. The number of fish seed requirements for fish farmers in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency in 2015 was 790,800. In 2016 there were 845,400 fish seed needs. In 2017, the need for seeds is 927,600. The average contribution of BBI in tilapia seed supply in 2015 was 37% 12% catfish. 2016 Contribution of tilapia fish supply by 49%, Catfish 11%. For 2017 the contribution of tilapia supply is 46%, catfish is 18%. Keywords: Supply, Cultivators, Contributions, Fish Seeds
