The research was conducted in January 2018. The research aims to find out what types of work are carried out by fishermen's wifes of nipah leaf craftsmen on fishermen's household income. How big is the contribution of fishermen's nipah leaf craftsmen to the income of fishermen's household. The method used in this study is to use a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach
From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that economic activities carried out by fishermen's wifes of nipah leaf craftsmen are 9 cigarettes from nipah leaves, 4 roofs are made, 6 people are made from nipah sticks, and as many as nipah stick craftsmen 9 souls. And fishermen's income is 47%, the contribution of fishermen's wives is 38%, and the contribution of fishermen's children is 15%. The contribution contributed by fishermen is greater than that of fisherman household members (wives and children) because the work of fishermen is a permanent job and the more catches the greater the income that fishermen receive is received
