Morfometrik, Meristik Dan Pola Pertumbuhan Ikan Pantau (Rasbora Cephalotaenia Bleeker) Di Sungai Kandis Desa Karya Indah Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Rasbora cephalotaenia is a type of freshwater fish that inhabit the Kandis River. This fish is potential for decorative fish. Information on biological, including morphometric, meristic and growth patterns, however, is rare. To understand the morphometric and meristic characteristics and also the growth patterns of the fish, a research has been conducted March-May 2018. There were 101 fishes (58,28-96,36 TL mm and 3,32-13,58 gr BW). There were 26 morphological characteristic measured and 11 meristic characteristic counted. The meristic characteristics obtained were as follows: D.I-II.7-8; P.I-II.12-15; V.I.7-8; A.I-II.6-7; C.19-20. The number of scale in the pre-dorsal fin was 12-14, around the body 12-16, in the caudal peduncle was 8-12, in the lateral line was 28-36, above lateral line was 3,5-5,5 and under lateral line was 1,5-2,5. The length-weight relationship shown that the growth of male and female is allometric negative. Keywords: Rasbora chepalotaenia, decorative fish, morphological characteristic, meristic characteristic, allometric negative
