Identifikasi Dan Pengukuran Risiko Manual Handling Pada Departemen Maintenance Pt Boilertech Indonesia Pekanbaru

This study aims to Identify and Measure Risk Manual Handling experienced by employees at the Pt Maintenance Department. Boilertech Indonesia Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who were in the maintenance department totaling 22 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.21 program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (22 employees in the maintenance department).
The results show that: 1) states that the level of risk that arises requires an improvement that causes physical stress for individual workers, 2) states that the level of risk requires identification or clarification of workloads on work conditions and implementing changes that may be needed, 3) states that work activities can cause injury or minor illness and can immediately work again after being given treatment and not cause permanent disability, 4) stating that at PT.BoilerTech Indonesia is still minimal or inadequate mechanical aids, 5) states that the work environment at PT .BoierTech Indonesia has a Layout system that is not neatly organized and causes an uncomfortable working environment, 6) states that the individual ability of respondents is able to understand everything related to each individual's field of work quickly and responsibly.
