Penataan Kelembagaan Program Desa Maju Inhil Jaya (Dmij) Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Tahun 2016
The DMIJ program is a district government program through an empowerment approach by streamlining the functions of the village Government, village Institusions and Village Communities to plan, implement, preserve and supervise development in a participatory manner. In dte contexs of this study, the DMIJ program was faced with institutional problem thet were complex enough to have a impact on less than optimal implementation. This study aims to analyze the institutional arrangemen of the maju IHIL jaya Village Program in Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2016 and the factors that influence it.
Institutional structuring of the maju INHIL Jaya Village program (DMIJ) was analyzed through an institutional theory approach that was specific to the organizational side but from the aspects of regulation and action. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and the data needed both primary and secondary were obtained through interviewing, observation and documentation techniques for further analysis of data using descriptive data analysis techniques.
The results of this study indicate that, first, the institutional arrangement of the Maju INHIL Jaya villange Program (DMIJ) was conducted by grouping each of the actors at the District, District and Villange levels. However, the arrangement was felt to extend the DMIJ program procedure second the factors that influence the institutional arrangement of the IMF program are the factors of apparatus support, communication between institutional, community support and program socialization.
