Kinerja Struktur Sistem Flat Slab – Drop Panel Pada Gedung Bertingkat Tidak Beraturan Terhadap Beban Gempa
This research aimed to evaluate the structural response includes, structural irregular, p-delta effect and story drift than performance level of flat slab-drop panel system structure. The structure consists of 19 stories with reinforced concrete materials using dual systems, loading consisting of dead load, life load and earthquake load plans that use spectum response analysis based on SNI 1726-2012 in Pekanbaru City with the function as a hotel. With the same typical structure plan, the structure is divided into two models, namely Model A (existing condition) and Model B (flat slab-drop panel system). The results showed horizontal irregular, both models occurred in types 1a and 1b while vertical irregularities occurred in types 1a, 1b, 5a and 5b. P-delta effect model A occurs on 2 slabs and model B occurs on 5 slabs. Story drift model A occurs on the ground level slab δx = 0.182 with δlimit = 0.08, slab level 6 δx = 0.164 with δlimit = 0.075 and δy = 0.09 δlimit = 0.075. Model B slab level 6 δy = 0.095 δlimit = 0.075, slab level 7 δx = 0.102 with δlimit = 0.09 and δy = 0.094 δlimit = 0.090, slab level 8 δx = 0.101 with δlimit = 0.09 and δy = 0.093 and δlimit = 0.090, slab level 9 δx = 0.097 with δlimit = 0.090 and δy = 0.092 and δlimit = 0.090, slab level 10 δx = 0.093 with δlimit = 0.090 and. Structural performance level, model A has a displacement of 2096.5 mm in direction X and 1436.3 mm in direction Y. Model B has displacement of 2510.3 mm in the direction of X and 1749.5 mm in direction Y, with a total height building of 68.5 m. According to ATC-40 which is based on pushover analysis, so both models are at Life Safety level.
