Gambaran Polusi Udara Dan Kejadian Tuberkulosis (TB) Paru Serta Kualitas Hidup Pasien TB Paru Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2015

The research was done in January to July 2018 and located in the Pekanbaru Health Service Area, namely all existing health centers in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is analized the relationship between PM10 concentration and the number of new pulmonary tuberculosis cases per week, and determine the quality of life of tuberculosis patients in Pekanbaru City in 2015. Based on the reasearch,it was found that the higher the PM10 concentration, the higher the number of TB cases in Pekanbaru City. In addition, the quality of life of respondents was measured based on the domain dyspnea, domain fatigue, emotional function domain, domain exhaustion and full control domain. The quality of life of the majority of respondents in the period of smoke haze and non smoke haze is good. The period of smoke haze that occured in Pekanbaru City in 2015 didn’t affect the quality of life of respondents.
