Hubungan Kejadian Konstipasi Dengan Metode Posterosagittal Anorectoplasty Pada Malformasi Anorektal Dengan Fistula Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Anorectal malformation is a congenital disorder that shows a condition without anus or with an imperfect anus. After repairment surgery, anorectal malformation patients have risk of complications such as constipation. The incidence of constipation in the postoperative period is 31%. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of constipation with the posterosagittal anorectoplasty surgery method in Arifin Achmad General Hospital in Riau Province. This was a retrospective analytic study by retrieving medical data records. Data were taken and processed from medical record unit in Arifin Achmad General Hospital in Riau Province. Subjects were anorectal malformation patients with fistulas from January 2015 to December 2018. There were 28 patients undergoing PSARP, 53.6% were found had postoperative constipation, with p value 0.025 (< 0.05), as conclution there is a significant correlation between the incidence of constipation and the PSARP method.
