This study aims to determine the effect of work motivtion on work discipline and work experience on work performance of employees of PT. Safari Riau Pangkalan Kuras. The population in this study included all of the 102. Peimary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument of prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study using muliple linier regression with SPSS ( Statistical Progam For Social Sciences). The sampling that has been shosen is the questionnaire method of 012 employees.
The results of the study of work motivation, work discipline and work experience variabeles have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have a positive and significant effact on employee performance. Job discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
