Macrobrachium mammilodactylus is a type of freshwater shrimp that inhabits the Terminal AKAP Lake. To understand the stomach content analysis of the shrimp, a study has been carried out from April to May 2018. Sampling were conducted 4 times, once/week. Totally 112 shrimps captured (22.51-46.58 mm) , but 5 of them had empty stomach and could not be used for stomach content and the number of shrimp analyzed was 107. Stomach content analisys was conducted an data obtained were use as a basis for calculating the Index Of Prepondarance (IP). Results shown that the main food of the shrimp is detritus (40,64%), crustaceans (27,59%), Bacillariophyceae (11,05%), Chlorophyceae (9,13%), Cyanophyceae (10,37%), Xanthophyceae (1,00%), Monogononta (0,06 %) and Rotifera (0,10%).
