Densitas Spesies Plasma Hidrogen Pada Kesetimbangan Termodinamik Tekanan Atmosfir
Hydrogen plasma at atmospheric pressure has been widely used in the industry. Thermal equilibrium hydrogen plasma at atmospheric pressure were simulated using the software Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB). The value of the equilibrium density obtained using the equation of continuity and Arrhenius equation. The used formed in reaction to form a chemical kinetic model is solved numerically using the runge-kutta method. Hydrogen species reviewed in this research include electron, H, H2, H+, H2+ and H-. Parameter of ionizing and dissociation is used as a reference equilibrium plasma . Plasma equilibrium occurs in time interval 10-6 – 10-3 seconds with temperature 1 eV. The density of hydrogen plasma thermal equilibrium overall are in the interval of 1014 m-3 - 1020 m-3. Reaction rate of thermal hydrogen plasma occurs most rapidly of 1,138 ×1072 m-3 s-1 and the reaction rate most small of 2,967 ×1012 m-3 s-1.
