Pengaruh Penanaman Modal Asing (Pma) Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Riau, Sumatera Utara, Jambi Dan Sumatera Barat Tahun 2013-2017

This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign investment (FDI) and labor on the economic growth of Riau Province, North Sumatra, Jambi and West Sumatra 2013-2017.
The method of analysis of this research is descriptive quantitative method using panel data regression analysis. The combined data of the four provinces in Central Sumatra Island and the five-year period (2013-2017) resulted in 20 observations. The right analysis model after testing the determination of the estimation model by conducting the Chow Test and Hausman Test, namely the Fixed Effec test.
The results of the analysis of this study indicate that foreign investment (PMA) and labor have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Riau Province, North Sumatra, Jambi and West Sumatra 2013-2017. Simultaneously foreign investment (FDI) and labor have a significant effect on Riau Province, North Sumatra, Jambi and West Sumatra 2013-2017.
