Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Dan Kesempatan Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Kabupaten Bengkalis

This research was conducted in Bengkalis regency. this research aims to determine the effect of education levels on economic growth, employment opportunities on economic growth, the influence of education levels and employment opportunities together on economic growth in Bengkalis regency. As for the type and source of data used in this research are secondary data using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS (Statistic Package Social Science) computer programs. 23.0, with a span of time from 2007-2016. The result of the study, the showed that the education level had a positive and significant effect of economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, while employment opportunities had a negative and not significant effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, and the level og education and employment opportunities for economic growth influential and significant together. Based on the result of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the high level of education can increase economic growth in Bengkalis Regency. The unproductive and efficient use and workforce of labor can negatively affect economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, because the use of labor that has not been maximally productive yet causes it do become a burden and economic growth will not occur. The level of education and employment opportunities together influence economic growth in bengkalis regency , high levels of education and many employment opportunities will increase economic growth in Bengkalis Regency .
