Pengaruh Keberadaan Sungai Siak Terhadap Harga Rumah Di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir
This study aims to determine the dam [the existence of the Siak river against the price of houses in the sub-district of Rumbai Pesisir.
This research uses prmer data obtained from questions obtained through questionnaires. With a total population of 15,435 households, calculating the number of samples with Slovin formula is 99 samples. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Tests carried out on the hypothesis and the feasibility of the data (classical assumptions) using a significance level of 5%.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant effect between building area on house prices in the District of Coastal Tassel with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05. There is a significant influence between the land area on the price of houses in the District of Coastal Tassel with a significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0.05 There is no significant influence between the number of rooms to the price of houses in the District of Rumbai Pesisir with a significant value of 0.325 greater than 0, 05. There is no significant influence between the distance of the residence to the Siak river to the price of houses in the District of Rumbai Pesisir with a significant value of 0.259 greater than 0.05. Building area, distance to the Siak river level, number of bedrooms and land area have a significant influence on housing prices in the District of Rumbai Pesisir, this can be seen from the sig F value of 0,000 less than 0.05.
