Analisis Structure-Conduct-Performance (Scp) Industri Jasa Reparasi Mobil Di Pekanbaru

This research was conducted to determine the market structure in the car repair service industry in the city of Pekanbaru, knowing how the behavior of companies in the industry and the company's performance in maintaining its existence in the car repair service industry in Pekanbaru City. This research method is quantitative descriptive. As for this researcher, using secondary data and primary data obtained from the Department of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City and obtained directly from the respondents of the car repair service industry in Pekanbaru City. The population of car repair service industries in Pekanbaru City amounted to 112 companies and 28 companies were sampled. The analytical tools used are Market Share, Concentration Ratio, Capital to Labor Ratio, and Price Cost Margin. The results of this study indicate that based on the calculation of CR4, the market structure of the car repair service industry in the city of Pekanbaru is a loose oligopoly market structure with a CR4 value of 40.82%. the behavior of the car repair service industry in the city of Pekanbaru seen from the CLR, whose value shows this behavior trend in car repair services in Pekanbaru City is a capital intensive industry. The performance of the car repair service industry in the city of Pekanbaru which is seen from PCM obtained an average of 61.95%. with the largest PCM valued at 86.35% but the largest PCM did not become the largest market share. This means that the benefits seen from PCM are not affected by market share dominance.
