Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pabrik Pada Pt. Swastisiddhi Amagra Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine how the influence of work stress and work conflict on factory employee morale at PT. Swastisiddhi Amgra Kampar Regency. In this study there are three variables, namely Job Stress (X1), Work Conflict (X2), and Work Spirit (Y1). The population of this study are factory employees at PT. Swastisiddhi Amagra Kampar Regency, with a sample of 87 respondents. The method of determining the number of samples is done by census. Retrieving data in this study is by interviewing and giving questionnaires to respondents. While in terms of data analysis this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, test the quality of research instruments, classic assumption tests and hypotheses that are processed using SPSS program (Statistical Program Society Science) version 17 for windows.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) work stress and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on morale, 2) work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on morale, 3) work conflict partially has a negative and significant effect on work morale. This study suggests to companies to be able to increase employee morale by paying attention to employee work stress, among others, by providing motivation and encouragement to continue to be passionate about work, so that employees feel they have good satisfaction in completing work. Next, pay attention to work conflicts by reducing stress on employees, demanding assignments and finding good alternatives in overcoming employee work conflicts.
