Uji Formulasi Pupuk Hayati Dengan Bioaktivator Bacillus Cereus Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max L. Merril) Pada Medium Gambut
The research aims to find out the effect of various bio-fertilizer formulations with bio-activator Bacillus cereus and to get the best formulation for growth and yield of soybean plants (Glycine max L. Merril) on peat medium. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden and Soil Science Laboratory of the Agriculture Faculty, Riau University from July to October 2018 in experimentaly by using a completely randomized design (CRD) consists of 5 treatments and 4 replications and totally 20 experimental units. The treatments were F0: Bacillus cereus without formulation, F1: Bacillus cereus + bagasse, F2: Bacillus cereus + rice husk, F3: Bacillus cereus + solid and F4: Bacillus cereus + empty fruit bunches (EFB) of plam oil plant. The observed parameters were plant height, number of primary branch, age of flowering, percentage of effective nodule, rate of photosynthesis, conductivity of stomata, concentration of CO2, rate of transpiration, content of chlorophyll, age of harvesting, number of pithy pods, percentage of pithy pods and total of seed weight. The data of observed parameters was analyzed statistically by analysis of variance using a statistical analysis system (SAS) program, it combination effect of treatments was known through Duncan’s new multiple range test (DNMRT) at level 5%. The results of the research showed that the formulations of bio-fertilizers with the addition of bio-activator Bacillus cereus had no significant effect on all of the observed parameters. However, the formulation of Bacillus cereus with empty fruit bunches (EFB) of plam oil plant was the best treatment because it couses tend higher result on age of flowering, percentage of effective nodule, content of chlorophyll, number of pithy pods, percentage of pithy pods and total of seed weight.
