Magnetic stirrer tool is one of the supporting laboratory instruments used to stir a sample so that the sample can be mixed into homogeneous. The Stirring System uses a magnetic field rotation mounted on a DC motor to rotate the stir bar soaked in a solution so that the material does not stick to the pedestal between the drive shaft. The purpose of this study is to be able to design a magnetic stirrer with a solution that has a different density using a cooling fan as a DC motor and a smartphone charger as a power supply that is capable of stirring a solution with a stable stirring speed. The function test of the tool is done using a mixture of water with sweetened condensed milk, soapy water with cooking oil. From the test results, it can be observed that the two sample mixtures can be mixed using this magnetic stirrer. As well as mixing solid-shaped ingredients to dissolve in water which is then tested for viscosity and liquid density.
