Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Budaya Organisasi Pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kebersihan Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership and working environmental on performance both directly and through moderate of organization culture. The research was conducted by survey method quantitative research.
The population in this study were all civil servants at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used was a census with a total of 60 employees. To process the data that has been obtained from the questionnaire and test the hypothesis that using a computer tool with the WarpPLS program. These data are then processed using validity, reliability, and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques to test the hypothesis.
The results showed that leadership and working environmental have a positive and significant effect on performance both directly and indirectly through moderate of organization culture.
