Perilaku Konsumtif Keluarga Nelayan Desa Kuala Patah Parang Kecamatan Sungai Batang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the family of Kuala Patah Parang fishermen, to find out the habits of the fishing families of Kuala Patah Parang Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely by finding information about differences in opinion of fishermen families in Kuala Patah Parang Village or by supporting this method by explaining the objectives to be achieved, supporting ways to access them, collecting data as material to make reports. The results showed that the find out the level of consumptive behavior of fishermen families grouped with Consumptive score categories (32-48) and not consumptive (16-31). Determination of variable categories based on the number of indicator items each with a number of 16 indicators, 45 respondents, 3 categories with a maximum score of 2160 and a minimum score of 720. The results showed that 45 families of Kuala Patah Parang fishermen families 97.78% consumptive behavior (44 people) and 2.22% are not consumptive (1 person).
