Hubungan Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Di Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and work satisfaction, the relationship between work motivation and work satisfaction and the relationship between the organizationalculture and work motivation simultaneously with the work satisfaction state elementary school teachers in Rimba Melintang Sub-district, Rokan Hilir. This survey reseach has 163 population which is then taken 115 persons as a sample, using random sampling technique. The data then is analyzed using regression, analisys regression coefficient, and the coefficient determination.
The results show that there is a positive relationship between the organizational culture and the work satisfaction, the equation is 0,357. There is a positive relationship between work motivation and the work satisfactio,, the equation is 0,231. There is a positive relationship between the organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously with work satisfaction the multiple regression equation is 0,460. The conclusion is that the organizational culture an work motivation both partially and simultaneously have significant relationship with the works satisfaction of the state elementary school teachers in Rimba Melintang Sub-district, Rokan Hilir. Therefore, the finding of the research is expected to bring improvement and increase of the work satisfaction. Every educational institution can increase the organizational culture and work motivation.
