Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Disipilin Guru SMK Swasta Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to know The Influence of principal supervision and organizational climate toward discipline teachers of vocational high schools in Tampan districts Pekanbaru city. The research was conducted in vocational high schools Pekanbaru districts Tampan. The population as many as 110 people, and a sample of 52 respondents to the first test instrument against 30 respondents. Data analysis done with descriptive analysis and analysis inferensial. This technique done to analyze influence between variables supervision by principal X1 and organizational climate X2 toward discipline teachers Y. Validity grains a test using product moment and coefficients reliability an instrument calculated using formula alpha cronbach. The results of the study that (1) There is a positive influence between supervision by principal toward discipline teachers. Coefficient of determination (r2) = 0,678 atau 67,8% with strong category correlation. (2) There is a positive influence between organizational climate on discipline teachers. Coefficient of determination (r2) = 0,373 atau 37,3% with weak category correlation. (3) There is a positive influence between supervision of principal and organizational climate on discipline teachers. Coefficient of determination (r2) = 0, 679 or 67,9% this means that the magnitude influence of supervision by principal and organizational climate toward discipline teachers are 67,9 % while the rest influenced by other factors. The results of the study show that the supervision of principal and organizational climate toward discipline teachers have positive influence of both simultaneously and partially.
