Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Muhammadiyah Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research is quantitative, the study sample was 48 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant effect between the variable Pedagogic Competence on Teacher Performance of the Muhammadiyah Private Islamic School, and obtained a significant effect between the variables of Work Motivation on Teacher Performance. In addition, there is a significant influence between the variable Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance of Muhammadiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kuantan Singingi District.
This finding concludes that the better the Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation towards the Teachers' Performance of Muhammadiyah Private Islamic Schools, the better the Teacher's Performance in Muhammadiyah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research is expected to be useful for improving Teacher Performance in carrying out their obligations when conducting learning activities and fostering students at school.
