Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Tk Di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan
This This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of academic supervision and work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. This research is quantitative, the study sample was 107 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant effect between the variables of Academic Supervision Implementation on Kindergarten Teacher Performance in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, and obtained a significant effect between the variables of Work Motivation on the Performance of Kindergarten Teachers in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency. In addition, there is a significant effect between the variables of the Implementation of Academic Supervision and Work Motivation on the Performance of Kindergarten Teachers in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency.
This finding concludes that the better the implementation of Academic Supervision and Work Motivation towards Kindergarten Teacher Performance in Pangkalan Kerinci District, Pelalawan Regency, then the Teachers' Performance in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci in Pelalawan Regency will be better. This research is expected to be useful for improving Teacher Performance in carrying out their obligations when conducting learning activities and fostering students at school.
