Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Di Kecamatan Tapung Hulu Kabupaten Kampar
The main objective of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation with teacher performance, in Tapung Hulu, Kampar, Riau. This research is quantitative, the study sample was 56 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the study were found to have a significant effect between teacher motivation on teacher performance, and obtained significant influence between compensation variables and teacher performance. In addition, there is a significant contribution between teacher motivation variables and compensation with teacher performance. This finding concludes that the better the teacher's motivation and compensation given to teacher performance, the better the teacher's performance. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher performance in carrying out their obligations when conducting learning activities and fostering students at school.
