Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Di Puskesmas Berbasis Web Pada Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam Rokan Hulu

The Puskesmas in Kunto Darussalam sub-district still uses manual data processing by recording using books and pens so that it takes a long time, there are errors in writing and are at risk in data storage. This Final Project discusses the Data Processing Information Systems at Web-Based Health Centers in Kunto Darussalam Sub-District, Rokan Hulu. The design of this system uses usecase diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and uses HTML, PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. This system is checked by the puskesmas operator as an administration that can monitor data in the system. This information system is able to manage village data, program target data, nutritional data that contains exclusive coverage of IMD coverage and underfive growth monitoring, P2M data (Eradication of Communicable Diseases) containing monitoring of TRC patients and pulmonary TB sufferers, P2PTM data (Prevention and Control Non-communicable diseases, such as drug counseling, people with mental disorders, traditional health, the number of teenagers visiting the P2PTM sea itself, village reports, reports on exclusive ASI coverage, IMD coverage reports, toddler nutrition monitoring reports, reports of TB patients, reports of pulmonary TB sufferers, drug abuse reports, reports of people with mental disorders, traditional health reports, adolescent visit reports and P2PTM reports as well as existing charts. This system is expected to facilitate the health sector in managing puskesmas data based on each existing activity.
