Margin Pemasaran Ikan Malung ( Gnathophisnystromi ) Di Desa Pambang Pesisir Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau
Marketing margins are a way to find out the price comparison sold by fishermen from Pambang Coastal Village to end consumers. One of the dominant fish catches is Malung (Gnathophisnystromi). This study aims to determine the Marketing Channels of Malung (Gnathophisnystromi), Analyze the Costs, Receipts and Marketing Margins of Malung (Gnathophisnystromi) in Coastal Mining Villages. This research was conducted on January 10 th to February 10 th 2019. The method used is the survey method by conducting observations directly into the field by collecting data through interviews based on questionnaires, determining respondents using Slovin formula as many as 37 fishermen respondents, while respondents marketing institutions as many as 2 collectors and 2 retailers. The marketing channels in the Coastal Mining Village have four marketing channels.
Amount of Margin, Costs and Profits obtained vary by each marketing channel that exists. On Channel 1 there is no margin due to direct sales from the Producer to the final Consumer while the marketing Costs for Producers 1 IDR. 4,530/kg with receipt of Rp. 18,470/kg, on Channel II for Retailers 1 the amount of margin obtained is IDR. 4,000 costs incurred IDR. 1,737/kg with receipt of IDR. 2.263, on Channel III for Collectors 1 the amount of margin obtained is IDR. 5,000 costs incurred IDR. 1,260/kg with IDR. 3,740/kg, for Retailers 2 margins obtained IDR. 4,000 costs incurred IDR. 1,159 / kg with receipt of IDR. 2,841/kg, while Channel IV for collector 2 the amount of margin obtained is IDR. 6,000, costs incurred Rp. 1,865/kg with receipt of IDR. 4.135/kg.
