Pengaruh Pemakaian Peremaja Anti Rayap Dan Aspal Pen 60/70 Terhadap Kinerja Rap ( Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement ) Ac-Wc Gradasi Halus Berdasarkan Uji Marshall
This study aims to evaluate the effect of two rejuvenating materials, namely: Termite and PEN 60/70 Asphalt Residue on the performance of hot paved mixtures using the Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP), to obtain the optimum composition of the fluxing agent used. The methodology used was experimental in the laboratory, namely by comparing the performance of paved mixtures using Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement plus rejuvenators and non-fluxers, and comparing the effect of two types of rejuvenators on the performance of each hot paved mixture.
The results of this study show that the use of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) in hot unpaved flavors of VIM value is 7.843%, the requirement of VIM 3.5 - 5.0 means not meeting the requirements. With the addition of termite rejuvenators as much as 1.0% performance increased to 3.608%. The addition of PEN 60/70 asphalt rejuvenator as much as 0.5%, VIM performance increased to 4.883%, Composition above that meets the requirements of Bina Marga specifications in 2010. VFA value before augmentation addition 62.998%, minimum requirement of 65.00%. With Anti Raya rejuvenators, 1.0% of the results rose to 81.488%. The addition of PEN 60/70 asphalt rejuvenator was 0.5%, the result increased to 74.923% and fulfilled the 2010 Bina Marga specification requirements.
The rejuvenation of Termite with PEN 60/70 Asphalt cannot improve the performance of RAP asphalt, because it does not meet the requirements of Fine AC-WC Gradation Bina Marga Specifications 2010. Rejuvenation of PEN 60/70 Asphalt is better than Anti-Termite in RAP Asphalt mixture.
Key words: termite residues, 60/70 asphalt, RAP, stability, VIM.
