This research was conducted aiming to see political participation of voters in the elections of Siak year beginner 2015 in Kelurahan Perawang Subdistrict Tualang Siak Regency. In this study the author intends to examine the Political Novice Voters about participation In the elections of Siak Year 2015 in Kelurahan Perawang. Elections can be called as one means of democracy and the embodiment of popular sovereignty to produce representatives and leaders who are aspirational, quality, as well as responsible for welfare. A category is a group of voters that are very interesting to watch and examined further is a new novice voters first will cast their vote in the elections. The traits in question is aged 17-21 years, voters already have ID CARDS and registered in the DPT.
Political Novice Voters participation in Elections of Siak year 2015 is very interesting to do research because as we know that novice voters, as objects in political activities, to those who still need coaching in orientation to the direction of growth potential and its ability to the next can be instrumental in the political sphere. In Kelurahan Perawang Subdistrict Tualang Siak Regency novice turnout as much as 526 inhabitants registered in the voters ' list (DPT). So, to know the political participation of the national novice influential with ties of blood, place of residence, and mind-ideology. Then, researchers using theory of participation according to the Rush and Althoff and also the theory of social groups Gemeinscaft and Ferdinand Tonnies Gesellscaft according to theories based on that is marked with this social bond by turning into impersonal, termediasi, secondary dam in modern society (Gesellscaft).
Type of this research is a descriptive approach to quantitative data collection Techniques is a detailed questionnaire and documentation. The method used was multiple linear regression to find out independent variable where the greatest effect on the dependent variable. The dependent variable is then influenced by other factors or not. The regression value obtained is the 3 factors that affect the political participation of voters in the village beginners Perawang Subdistrict Tualang, Siak Regency, namely blood bond factor, shelter and mind-ideology. So, it can be concluded that in Kelurahan Perawang there are three factors that affect the turnout of the elections on the beginner Siak year 2015 ago i.e. blood bonding factor, shelter and mind-ideology. The third of these factors greatly affect the political participation of voters in the election year 2015 beginners in Kelurahan Perawang Subdistrict Tualang Siak Regency.
