Pola Pewarisan Sifat Agronomi Dan Mutu Biji Beberapa Varietas Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine Max (L.) Merril) Pada Dua Dosis Pupuk Kalium (K)
The objective of the research was to analyze the variability of agronomic and seed quality components related to K fertilizer in soybean mixed populations and to analyze whether K fertilizer affected the quality of soybean seed. This study used a randomized block design with three repetitions. The main factor is the genotype consists of G1= Detam 1, G2 = Detam 2, G3 = Detam 3, G4 = Anjasmoro, G5 = Grobogan, G6 = Wilis, G7 = Kaba and G8 = Argomulyo. The second factor potassium fertilizer consisting of K1 = 0 kg KCl/ha and K2 = 60 kg KCl/ha.
The results showed that the soybean populations studied had wide variability for all plant properties, genetic diversity components and heritability for plant characteristics (plant height, number of books, dry matter accumulation speed, harvest age, percentage of rice pods, number of seeds per plant, weight 100 seeds and seed fat content) give an indication that these properties inheritance are more dominantly regulated by genetic factors than environmental factors. While the components of genetic diversity and heritability for plant characteristics (number of branches, flowering age, number of pithy pods, seed weight per plant, yield per m2, harvest index and protein content) the value is zero (0) so the inheritance is more dominantly regulated by environmental factors compared to genetic factors. Varieties of Detam 1, Detam 2, Detam 3, Grobogan, Wilis, Kaba, and Argomulyo responded to K fertilizer by accelerating the age of flowering plants and harvesting age and increasing seed protein content (seed quality) in fertilized plants.
