Pyrazole is a heterocyclic aritrogen aromatic compound, which is an important organic compound for the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries. Pyrazole compounds have a variety of biological activities, such as antidepressants, antipyretics, antimicrobials, antibacterial, antihypertensive, antianalgesic, anti-inflammatory and antihyperglycemic activities. Analogs of pyrazole 3- (2-chlorophenyl) -5- (4-methoxyphenyl) -1-phenyl-pyrazole (TFP-2Cl-4OMe) are synthesized through oxidative aromatic reactions of pyrazolin and glacial acetic acid. Pyrazolin and pyrazole compounds are synthesized by microwave with 180 W and conventional heating with 85ºC. The purity of the compounds was determined by TLC test, measurement of melting point and HPLC analysis. The structure of the compounds synthesized was obtained from UV spectroscopy, FTIR, NMR and HRMS studies. The toxicity of pyrazolin and pyrazole compounds was tested by the BSLT method. Pirazol is a very toxic compound with LC50 = 112.460 µg / mL, while pirazolin is less toxic with LC50 = 187.499 µg / mL.
