Pyrazole compound is a five-ring heterocyclic compound with three carbon atoms and two nitrogen atoms, which are included in one of the secondary metabolites of the alkaloid group. Pyrazole compound to have various biological activities, such as anticancer, antitumor and antioxidants. Pyrazole derivatives, 3–(2–chlorophenyl)–5–(3,4–dimethoxyphenyl)–1–phenyl–1H–pyrazole (TFP-2Cl-3,4OMe) was synthesized through the oxidative aromatic reaction of pyrazoline compound 3–(2–chlorophenyl)–5–(3,4–dimethoxyphenyl)–1–phenyl–4,5–dihidro–1H–pyrazole (PF-2Cl-3,4OMe) with glacial acetic acid using a heating method with reflux. The yield obtained from the synthesis of this compound was 24.55%. The structure of the compound was identified by UV and FTIR spectroscopy. Aanalyzed toxicity test determined by the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. LC50 values of pyrazole compound was 3,640 µg / mL. So, it can be concluded that the pyrazole compound is toxic.
